Happy Retirement Frances!

At the end of October 2023 we say good by to our friend, colleague and CDS founding director Frances Mitchell. Frances has been transitioning into retirement for some time and has now decided that the time is right to focus all of her time on outside interests.

first worked with Frances in 1995 as we worked for British Coal. Frances ran the strategically critical Midlands region where she delivered some of the UK’s largest outplacement programmes with a blend of passion and impact.

Frances then joined me at CMC and was top of my list of friends and colleagues I wanted to embark on the CDS journey with.

Frances has been absolutely critical to building the values and integrity of our business and we will all miss her as both a friend and a colleague and the outplacement industry has definitely said au revoir to one of its giants.
