We provide a confidential, tailored programme for those exiting an organisation at a time when they may be feeling isolated and worried about their future.
Responding to the situation we meet with the individual, usually within 48 hours, to establish a relationship and find out their preferred outcome.
This programme also includes a number of focused one-to-one sessions, that provide a confidential and supportive backdrop to personal discussion about job search and any related issues.
Our support typically includes:
- A career review and development of options for the future
- Developing a CV and LinkedIn profile to support the direction of the job search campaign
- Guidance on networking
- Interview preparation and guidance
- Consideration of alternative career options, such as self-employment, consultancy, interim management, non-Executive Directorships (NED) and ‘portfolio careers’
Clients will also have access to our industry leading Client Centre – an online platform that provides career information, tips, advice.
